Outstanding!!

I really enjoyed listening to Dave Ramsey, I felt like he was there in my car discussing my finances while I drive. Chapter 5 has some issues with it. But overall I got the meaning of the book. Must listen!

it got a little too churchy for me. I didn't want attend a sermon but a lesson on debt management and achieving wealth

Inspiring

Some have mentioned that there is no "new" information in this book. What they failed to mention though is the inspiration that IS in this book. Yes, there are a lot of true stories of those that completed the baby steps but those stories and Dave's encouragement have reignited my fire for the baby steps. We're debt free except our mortgage but got lazy. We're now focused again! And if you get nothing from the chapters then you WILL get something from the epilogue. So moving I was in tears recommitting my heart - praying along with Dave's narration. Now there's something you don't get from a normal book! Be inspired!

“better than I deserve”

The very last part of the book was my favorite and so well written.

I really enjoyed this book. There were a few parts that I don’t agree with, but most of it I found really encouraging and helpful.

Encouraging and motivating

Yet again, Dave Ramsey tells story after story about how becoming wealthy is possible for any person who is willing to try.

The plan works. Hearing the stories was my favorite part. Very inspiring! My favorite chapter was 5. Hard hitting truths!

Great book!

This was a great book! I thought it was going to be the same as his podcasts but he explained things further and took a different approach to financial peace. Loved the Christian twist to it. Especially with explaining the guilt that comes with wealth. Loved that he was narrating it too!

A Must read

I absolutely Love this book. I feel inspired and have hope that I CAN do this. I already wrote out all debt, made a budget and made a payment schedule.

I love this book and I'm implementing the tools I have learned. Dave is a great author and teacher. He is down to earth and funny. He puts things in perspective for you.

An excellent book.

This book is filled with simple and usefull information on how to transform your finances and your life. School teaches little to nothing on how to manage or plan your finances. This book is inspiring, thpughtfull, and uplifting. I greatly enjoyed the book and will listen to again.
