Great read!

I found myself laughing out loud! Richard's sarcasm, rudeness and jerk like attitude made me think " wow, I dislike this guy". But his charm made me hate to love him. His character was so well developed that I felt like I really new him. Even when he started to become the man that he really is he never lost his edge or his personality. Katie, Katie! What an interesting character. Little by little you saw who she was. She wasn't week or "clumsy" but witty and funny, charming yet strong enough to bite her down for the bigger picture. When she finally unleashed, her tongue was just as sharp . I truly loved this book and enjoyed hearing these characters come alive, grow and fall in love. Well written, beautifully narrated and woven together in an interesting way. Without any spoilers this audio book is a must own. My only complaint is I wish there was an epilogue. I wanted more!

A new author for me......

I became a fan of Ms. Moreland's writing with Into The Storm. It was such an engrossing story with rich characters so I tried this book not sure what to expect from the plot description. I must admit I did not like Richard and really wondered if he could redeem himself during the course of the story but it turned out to be a wonderful story of growth and healing. I am anxious to read more from this author.

Forgiveness and redemption

Disliked Richard initially but through patience and love he found his HEA. Loved Katie and enjoyed her journey to HEA.

Good story. Male performance was good. Female Katie voice sounded old and fragile. Overall good story line.

Good but not a home run

I liked the story, thought the main characters were well developed, but would have liked it to have gone on a bit longer and it felt like there were pieces missing in lives of the secondary characters.

Very sweet with great narration

This book was charming and sweet, and the readers were great. The majority of the story was narrated by a man, which I really loved, and is rare for romance.

What A Wonderful Book!!

I’m not one to get emotional to the point of tears hearing or reading a book, but this one did that to me. It starts out with Richard, the boss, so horrible to his PA, Katharine. A very sweet, hardworking, caring woman who lives poorly just to make sure her loved one is well taken care of. But as the story unfolds and the interaction between Richard and Katharine grow I found myself laughing and enjoying the two of them together. Both have pasts that make the listener or reader understand them better. As you get to know Katharine and Richard the story becomes more emotional, heart wrenching, and beautiful! You will love this book. I can’t wait to start reading book 2 which is out but not yet an Audible book.

This is a wonderful read

The storyline was wonderful I mean excellent. The narrators did their job really well. You can pick up on the emotions of the characters. I love that. I will definitely be buying more audible books. And more books by this author.

I really enjoy this book the book was just so sad at first but it does not disappoint it gets better in the middle, good book suspend romantic book back to people and live happily ever after why do they?

I do love a good enemies to lovers book. I loved the character development in this book especially Richard. this was a great love story.
