Informative and Easy to follow

Book is very informative. And condition is great. My health needs improvement! This is a great cookbook for anyone fighting inflammation. The beginning of the book offers lots of useful information about the effects of chronic inflammation on the body, ways to reduce inflammation, foods to enjoy and avoid to fight inflammation, and more. Next, there's a handy meal plan to get you started on an anti-inflammatory diet. And finally, there is a wide variety of healthy, easy-to-follow recipes that don't use a lot of ingredients. Anyone looking to reduce inflammation in their body would really appreciate this book!

One of the best anti inflammatory book

The real point of the anti inflammatory cooking is to save the cooks from the starvation during the tightly scheduled weeks. Tired of thinking if I will be able to get an hour of my time for the cooking process every day, I decided to rely on the anti inflammatory diet - easy to cook, healthy and wholesome. This has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made when cooking at home.

Healthier anti inflammatory


There's a plenty of meals to try from here - the ones to have at your disposal every time, whenever you need tham, and the ones to try for a fancy kind of diet meal! They are organized well and give you an opportunity to refer to this diet daily or add it to your regular ration and make a healthier version of it.

Handy anti inflammatory guide


I especially like that the meal prep steps are finely tailored, and they basically explain every needed step to the most timid basics which is a fine thing for an absolute beginner. Having very limited opportunity to spare on meal prep and juggling my full-time working hours and full-time diet, I find this recipe book handy and helpful.

I highly recommend this book

It explains the inflammatory reasons and how many of the foods we eat worsen the condition. The recipes are very good and I especially love the action plan in the book. Great price also,well worth it. I highly recommend this book

Many interesting anti inflammatory ideas

I got the cheapest anti inflammatory cookbook I could find on the market just because I was not serious about committing to this kind of diet for a long period of time. Curiosity has turned into fun and fun has made me rethink the position I’ve had previously about anti inflammatory diet in my life. This is the book to have if you like to cook and look for as many new ideas as you can get.

Cool! I was given the The Anti-Inflammatory Diet cookbook in return for an honest review. I love the variety of recipes and can’t wait to try them. Many of the recipes I’ve wanted to make require ingredients that I don’t typically have so it will take some planning to make them. The tips section is a great addition. Well done! I like it! Lots of information!!!

Great cookbook with lots of information before you even get to the recipes!!! I love this book for the information as well as the large variety of food options. I felt like it helped me to really get a handle on my body and the pain I have been in! I would definitely recommend this to all others

Fit the anti inflammatory requirements

Some of these meals may seem to be a bit familiar and even be recognized by those who are experienced in anti inflammatory diet. They balance on the edge of tried and true but ingredients are perfectly simple and fit the needs of those who constantly follow the anti inflammatory ration., Directions are surprisingly doable, and you can get interestinf with them trying the ingredients that are not listed in the necessary ones.
