An excellent resource
This was a good basic intro to Ayurveda philosophy of well being. The book had many helpful tips to incorporate into daily living and I appreciate the many recipes and exercise demstration/detail descriptions. I am grateful there was a supplemental guide that could be printed/downloaded for future reference. I followed most of the 28 day restart and feel more energized and intune with my mind/body.

Great Book, bad recording!!!
This book is terrific BUT the narrative cuts off the beginning of almost every sentence!!! Guess it would be fine if it were a MYSTERY novel but it’s a health/healing book. Super Annoying…
