Best book for emotion superiority
This book was incredible. The tools and strategies in this book will help you realign your thinking to a more positive productive mindset. If you are easily distracted, have unhealthy impulses, or have a hard time breaking bad habits, this book will help you navigate to a more productive, healthier you. I didn't realize just how powerful this book was until I implemented some of the tools in the book. I highly recommend this book for anyone struggling with distraction, overthinking, or an addiction such as excessive social media scrolling.
