It explains the purpose of boundaries, how to set them, and how to get needs met when they are not met from where you expect them.

Best title & best book!

I have struggled with good boundaries and goodbyes for so many years. Through a wonderful counselor and friend, I learned a lot and began setting healthy boundaries in my life. Talk about hard. This book is next level. I now have a much better grasp of why we need them, how to set them, and when boundaries aren’t enough.
