Awesome!
This book was very informative with the explanations. it has helped me greatly! I understand the root causes of my anxiety in different social situations now and have begun to use the tools the author suggests regularly. Starting to see real results, which is encouraging.

I really appreciate this book
The audiobook describes the symptomatically of anxiety, includes diagrams of the anxiety cycle, multiple worksheets, and examples of individuals in hypothetical scenarios, and how they are to manage the cognitive and behavioural aspects of the presentation of anxiety.

Such a great audiobook for us.
This is so a great audiobook and I so love how it is making. the introduction about addiction recovery is too good. this audiobook teaches us how to recovery after addiction. It's such a good audiobook. I found this book to be one of the best listen and most helpful books for complex PTSD I have come across.

Excellent
I always thought PTSD was a war stigma. Boy, were my eyes opened after listening to this book. I have a loved one who suffers from PTSD. I now understand better how to care and help. This book is so well laid out and thought through. It is an excellent book and I highly recommend it to anyone who has a family member struggling with PTSD.

The audiobook exceeded my Expectations
I feel like this audiobook was listened to about my being a victim of a narcissist. I was blind to it till I got away and saw everything how it was and not how I thought it was at the time. It's sickening that there are really people out there that are like this.

Deep and honest.
This is an excellent self-help/psychological book. One of the best I have to listen to and as a psychiatrist, I can say that it is as good as anything I have listened to.

Perfect book
I just started this work audiobook and it’s really helpful. It’s a great way to learn to cope and what reasons you might be having attacks. I would recommend it to anyone suffering from anxiety and stress and letting it affect their daily living.
