Virtual Voice is NOT for me
I got this book with my audible membership for free. I thought I would try a book narrated by a virtual voice to see if I liked it. I may as well have been listening to a call center phone menu. Press one for billing, press two for technical support...etc etc. The VV didn't delineate from one character to the next in the book. The voice is female and doesn't even try to sound similar to a man as human narrators do. Two female characters in this story are friends and I couldn't tell which character was speaking most of the time. The voice was monotone and had very little emotion. I was so distracted by the VV I couldn't tell you if the story was good or not.
Sorry Gina Cole, but you should have hired a real person to narrate your book. It might have been a good listen otherwise.
