This 1769 edition is highly sought after due to being more reader/listener friendly than the 1611 since many typos were fixed.... Story that draws you in
Lydia’s story was probably so common in her time, but that doesn’t make it any less heartbreaking. I was rooting for her and Duncan the whole time.
The narrator was easy to listen to and her accents for the characters seemed very authentic.

Good story
This was a good story and the reader was pleasant to listen to. I wish that some things were fleshed out a bit more but overall the book kept my attention and is a worthwhile read.
