Publisher's summary
A window is but a piece of glass through which we view the world outside. It is not meant to distort. It is not intended to do anything but show us things as they are.
At Oxford, though, there is a very particular window that reveals a very particular view. It is a view that defies all laws of nature and science. And when a detective is called in to investigate, he is startled to find that view opens a window into his own life–and a mystery he has never been able to solve.
The Girl Who Wasn't There is written by Arvind Ethan David and stars Malachi Kirby as Ernest Underwood and Sarita Choudhury as Sara Adler-Denning.
Earworms is a series of short, speculative fiction dramas–tales of what might have been...or might yet be...or perhaps in fact are, if only you were paying attention...if only you were listening.

Story
Ryland Grace is the sole survivor on a desperate, last-chance mission - and if he fails, humanity and the Earth itself will perish. Except that right now, he doesn't know that. He can't even remember his own name, let alone the nature of his assignment or how to complete it. All he knows is that he's been asleep for a very, very long time. And he's just been awakened to find himself millions of miles from home, with nothing but two corpses for company.

In the heart of the South Pacific lies Point Nemo, the most desolate and remote place on Earth. At its core is a dead zone, devoid of life, where government agencies crash their obsolete satellites and space stations, confident they won't harm a soul. Jazz Bashara is a criminal. Well, sort of. Life on Artemis, the first and only city on the moon, is tough if you're not a rich tourist or an eccentric billionaire. So smuggling in the occasional harmless bit of contraband barely counts, right? Not when you've got debts to pay and your job as a porter barely covers the rent. Everything changes when Jazz sees the chance to commit the perfect crime, with a reward too lucrative to turn down.

The race context
Confused on the ending feel it could have been a little more interesting on how the came up with the theory of time

Interesting Story
I think this story was about time travel. The plot pulled me in as a listener, and for the most part this short story makes sense. The voice characters were good. The end I will need to listen to again. Not sure about that little twist at the end. Overall good short story.

A really good short story!
I really like it. The story and how it ended. The window and how it was explained and the conundrum of it.

Perfect Short Story
The performance was excellent as was the story. Very well written. Short but I didn't feel shorted. Everything that needed to be addressed was concluded. Would I like more? Yes and no. The yes is obviously because it was so enjoyable but also no because it was perfect!
