Fascinating!

With all the hype around this, I needed to know more. Is this something I should switch to, and why? The answers are in this book. What a great listen. I would recommend this to anyone like me that is thinking of making the switch or anyone that already has! Thank you for curing my curiosity!

Informative and insightful

As someone who enjoys variety of food and is interested in healthy eating, this book hits a lot of check marks. I have heard of Beyond Meat several times and I have even considered buying its stock. Though I have not tried Beyond Meat, I have tried other type of imitation meat like the Impossible Burger. This book gives me a lot of insights into the world of meat alternatives with a focus on Beyond Meat. I'm exciting to see what would become of Beyond Meat in the next few years.

Is this the future of food?

An interesting subject, the book explains the roots of the Beyond Meat brand, where it came from, how it evolved and where it may be going. We delve into the ingredients that make up its look, taste and its health properties. It's an interesting concept but will it be able to replace actual meat? Many have tried and failed, I guess the proof will be in the tasting.

Interesting information about plant based meat.

If you ever wondered where and how plant-based meat came to life, then this is a great resource to discover the history behind the product. It goes into detail about meat and the effects it has on our environment. Personally, after reading this book i decided to try a few of these products and find them to be quite tasty.

I have learned so much from this book. I always want to eat healthier for my body but never really try Beyond Meat. Something new that I learn is that eating plant-based not only benefits my body it is also saving the environment. I highly recommend for anyone that wants a healthy lifestyle.

Fascinating Insights

Bought this as I can't help but noticed all the buzz around beyond meats, as every restaurant and fast food chain seems to have some version of of a meal with this meat substitute on their menus. The Next Generation of Meat not only breaks down where this Beyond meat comes from, but the room that it has to grow. The potential of this industry is enormous, and it was fascinating to learn exactly where it got its roots from, and how far it can go.

The narrator is engaging and easy to follow without droning on, and the layout of the book is strong and easily to comprehend.

Food for Thought

I freely admit, I’m a big fan of meat. This audiobook, however, has done a good job in educating me on Beyond Meat products and why I should consider at least trying it, and perhaps even reducing my consumption of meat products. Who knew that I might actually be a “Flexitarian”!
