Great book, great narration, great concepts. I thoroughly enjoyed this book, I have read many books about positive attitude and this is one of the best!

John Joseph is amazing.Hes overcome many obstacles.His plant based energy is off the hook.As I write this he’s participating in the 2019 Cozumel Mexico Ironman,which I know he’ll do well because of his diet and discipline.If you want to get psyched up to achieve your best potential,Read this book.I give it 5 stars.

John joseph has written a great book, why PMA is not taught in high schools is beyond me

John really is a great story teller that offers a no holds barred approach to being heard. his passion really comes through in the reading and you can tell he believes every word he says. I loved this book, really amazing work.

Life changing

I’ve been waking for this book to hit audible since I heard about it months and months ago. I have John’s other book about his life story and loved it. Saw John on Rogans podcast and he mentioned this book. For MONTHS I’d check almost every week on Audible and Amazon to see if it his audio version. A few days ago I said I’d check it out again to see and BOOM. I cannot stop listening. Just in the last few days of listening to this I’ve changed my attitude and am getting a freaking manager position at my job because of my attitude. I took Johns advice after the podcast and it’s changed my life. Hearing this book just in the last week, my boss has been blown away by my performance. Book was so good that I bought a copy for my counselor that I had when I was in rehab. Literally just bought a copy for a friend that is going through some serious depression.

John, if you’re reading this, shoot me an email. I gotta a few questions. I doubt it’ll happen, but hey, worth a shot.

Whips your ass into shape, mentally and physically!!!

I downloaded this title completely unaware John Joseph was the author! As a hardcore kid in the 80’s I was a fan of Cro-Mags, and Bad Brains, so this is the reason I listened to what I first judged to be a cocky New York accent which kinda pissed me off with the things he said about diet, and some other things! But you know what?
He’s 100% right on every issue! I’m starting a new business, and have always had a PMA, but this book has shown me ways to “trim the fat” and achieve my goals without a bunch of hippie dippy BS! This book stung me a little bit, but I’m not a “pussy” so I finished it with a new respect for animals, and New Yorkers! 😊😉
Great Book! Give it a chance and you’ll finish it with a new outlook on life!

Loved the performance

while the information in this book is nothing new. The way it's presented is captivating in a must-listen especially doing workouts and other activities it will keep you motivated. I plan to listen to it a few more times because there are hidden nuggets within the story's that I need to be reminded of constantly.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to John Joseph elaborate on PMA and talk about his personal tribulations and how he has succeeded throughout his life. The one thing that sticks out the most and I will work to have a practice of is the use of index cards on a cork board to state, perform and attain my goals. Thank you!
