Work and Life balance is a must!
The practical guide to overcoming the scarcity mindset is one of my favorite. Missing to address this mindset can really lead to burnout, that's why I really appreciate that the author included it, I love how it explored different reasons that may lead to such scenario. sometimes, what we think is okay are the one who that slowly will lead us to burning out. Third Degree Burnout, Excellent and Relatable
Third Degree Burnout, is just wow, so on point. Having that balance is so critical. Love how the author/book share how to put a line in the sand. I have listened once, but I plan to listen again next week so ensure I got all the great nuggets. There is so much incredible information in this book for us solopreneurs, and anyone who has a job.
The narrator is pretty decent.
I do resonate with the story of the day. It is awesome to see how you achieve your dreams, and I feel the author read my mind, especially being so burned out.
Highly recommend this book to anyone, at a corporate role or a business owner.

Good listen for entrepreneurs
This is a good listen for all of us entrepreneurs who are struggling with managing time. Owning a business has no manual. We usually just go with whatever works for us and a lot of the times burn ourselves out. Very Insightful!!
A profound and insightful piece, this book is a lifeline to entrepreneurs who are on the brink of burnout. An owners manual and roadmap all rolled into one. I must admit there were so many details that I could have used long before now which are still applicable today but I was not aware of them. The structure is nice as well as it is quite simple to be listened to.

Terrific Top Tips!
I listened to this one twice! The signs of burnout hit home for me. I also learned how to stick to limits and get others to respect my boundaries. I was reminded about making lists and managing my time better. I have found new ways to say no to people and time-takers without hurting their feelings. There were lots of reminders for me, as well as new techniques to get things done without the added stress.
