Practical and helpful
The audiobook offers practical, helpful information and exercises that are easy to practice at home. Each section starts with an explanation, followed by soft music so that you can practice each exercise. I found the music very soothing as well. Although the book was designed with seniors in mind, I believe anyon can benefit from the exercises describe. The narrator did a good job as well.

Ease of use
I will get a lot of use from this book. I am a regular Pilates reformer participant so I am used to following verbal cues for class. I use this book at home and while traveling to keep myself going in my Pilates practice.

Easy to follow!!!
I’m NOT a fan of audio workouts, as following the directions can be challenging. But this book is an exception. It’s so easy to follow the verbal directions! I highly recommend Wall Pilates for Seniors audiobook! I’m a 30 year STOTT PILATES Fully Certified Instructor who has owned a studio for over 20 years. If you aren’t able to go to a certified Pilates instructor (an instructor with a legitimate and respected method of training) this Audiobook is for you!
