Most people are so busy now that we many times forget, or are too tired and don’t take the time to think about what we should be thankful for. Do you thank God for all the things you should? Most of us don’t. We don’t even think about many of the things we should thank him for. Do you notice that people in general don’t appear to think about other people any more? I seems that most everyone is only thinking about themselves. I didn’t use to be that way. We expect so many things now, we take them for granted. When I was growing up, everyone had to work for everything they got. It is nice that we don’t have to do that anymore, but we have lost being grateful for all we have. What are we thankful for? We miss many of the things that we should be thankful for when it comes to thanking God for everything he does for us every day. We thank him for the big things that happen to us, and how he takes care of us on a daily basis. Do you thank him for the little things? Do you thank him for the things that didn’t happen? If you’re saying to yourself no, you’re not alone. We all forget about the little things and about the things that didn’t happen. A great example of something that didn’t happen. Many of these things we never even know about. We were driving down a road at dusk a couple years ago. There was a man on a motorcycle about a block in front of us. Three deer ran across the road right behind the motorcycle. A few seconds earlier and he would have hit them. Hitting a deer on a motorcycle can be a life ending thing. The biker never even knew they were there. Things like that happen to each of us every day. We should thank God for all the things he does for us we don’t even know about. Or course the most important thing to be grateful for, is Jesus dying for our sins, and the promise of eternal life. This book will show you what you should thank God for that many of us forget. It will show you all the things that we have to be thankful for. Sharing these things with other believers and with non-believers will also make it easier to witness to others. We can make them think about the things that we don’t think to thank God for. Have you ever had something happen to you that didn’t hurt you, but a second or two sooner or later and would have been seriously hurt or killed? These are the things we should be thankful for that we sometimes forget. Grab a copy of this book and remind yourself what a wonderful God we have.
