This newer edition of the King James Bible published in 1769 is usually preferred by most that read it over the older 1611 version. This 1769 edition is highly sought after due to being more reader/listener friendly than the 1611 since many typos were fixed.... Good Way to Revisit a Classic
Any additional comments?
The more I learn about listening to audio books, the more I understand the value of an unobtrusive reader. Jonathan Kent does a terrific job bringing the story to life without overacting the characters and narrator's voices. His reading made it easy to enjoy a story I know well.

Jack London’s writing was absolutely remarkable! The story was well told by a great voice, nice pace, and calming style. I really enjoyed it.
