Does exactly what it says

I have "listened" to every episode of this podcast after finding it last year. I put listened in parenthesis since I am usually asleep within 20 min and never hear the end of it. It seems odd to give it a 5 star rating for performance and story. The narrator has a monotone voice that my college ethics professor would be jealous of, but since the whole point of the podcast is to bore you to sleep, the performance is amazing. And the stories are the most boring content ever published, but again, that is exactly the point so it's perfect.

Overall, if you can't fall asleep, turn this podcast on and you'll be out like a light with the most boring, monotone stories out there.

perfectly delivered...

Teddy narrates masterfully, using the perfect intonation and cadence to lull me to sleep within minutes. He's chosen just the right level of "boring" for the content - I follow at first but can easily disengage into peaceful sleep.

It Works! Thank You Teddy!

Teddy's voice is soothing, consistent and relaxing. The stories can be interesting at times, but I almost always fall asleep before my 60 minute timer shuts the story off. This is my go to sleep relief.

Great podcast for insomniacs

His vocal performance is very level and great to fall asleep.

Great topics- It helps divert my mind from the things that keep me awake. I’m interested but not enough to hold attention over time.

This podcast is better than any sleep aid in your medicine cabinet.

I look forward to falling asleep with Teddy. I have yet to hear an entire podcast and I think that is the best compliment I can offer. I am especially grateful on nights when I wake in the middle of the night with worry or a racing mind. I no longer fret about not get the sleep I need. Thank you, Teddy, for carefully curating your offerings and for helping us calmly drift to sleep.
