My thoughts:📻 2/10 - It's not bad. It's not a lot of new information here, but the way it is given is very inspiring.
📻3/10 - This chapter was dull but useful. It's basically relaxation exercises without the sounds of waves. It is great because you won't always have guided meditation but boring because of descriptions.
I absolutely enjoyed this series. I will be rereading in the future.
Recommend to others?: Yes. This is a lot of good techniques and information in a short amount of time.
