Love the whole Takeback team!

As usual for Riley’s books our heroine was strong and capable which made her perfect for slightly jaded Wilson. Their dynamics were combustible. The book had the perfect balance of action and emotion along with enough suspense to make it tough to hit pause. Riley does such an amazing job creating realistic missions for the Takeback team and weaves in all the previous characters to create a well rounded story. I always look forward to her latest releases and this one didn’t disappoint!

The Takekback series is a must read

You can feel each character come to life, but boy will Mrs. S be missed. Every character in this book is a must for the telling of this story. The strength to fight a past and traffickers brought Wilson to his Salvation.

Perfect End to the Series!

Like so many other fans of this wonderful series, I have been anxiously awaiting Wilson’s story. And unsurprisingly it was a gut punch… of the very best kind. Wilson is an alpha protector, and this need to protect the innocent as well as those he cares for is embedded in his soul. It’s coded in his very DNA. But he’s also a broken and tortured man whose past haunts him deeply. Meeting Atlee was a welcome surprise as was their deep and unexpected connection. But when their time is over, it’s over… or so he thinks. Wilson is beyond shocked when his next job in Vegas brings Atlee back into his orbit but also reveals the danger she’s in—danger he’ll do anything to protect her from. Too bad he’s just as invested in protecting his own heart. But lucky for him, Atlee is just as invested in claiming it. This is the last book in the series, and Riley Edwards wraps up the series beautifully.

The narration for the audiobook comes from Stella Bloom and Jason Clarke , who both turn in amazing performances. Stella Bloom perfectly brings the character of Atlee to life, flawlessly voicing the strong and feisty heroine. Unsurprisingly, Jason Clarke does the beloved yet tortured character of Wilson some serious justice with his emotionally-charged performance. Together, these two talented voice performers beautifully bring this final Takeback story to life, making it a truly “can't miss” listening experience.

Happy Ending

Wilson is all business and has locked away his heart for good reasons (so he thinks). Atlee is looking for one night to feel alive and then she’s moving on to her new job. I adored these two and of course Atlee’s grandmother is one of my favorites too. When Wilson and Atlee find out they have more in common than chemistry life gets interesting! Atlee finds herself in the middle of a Takeback Operation and whole lot of danger. When they think things are resolved they couldn’t be more wrong. Danger is lurking and Wilson is going to do whatever it takes. This audio will keep you engaged and before you know it you are at the end.

Love this series!

Get ready for a spicy, suspenseful ride with Dangerous Affair by Riley Edwards, narrated by the tantalizing duo of Jason Clarke and Stella Bloom. Wilson is hot hot hot and the story is quick, captivating, and full of twists. The end will leave you wanting more from the whole gang.

Atlee may make some questionable decisions🥴, but the suspense and plot will keep you on the edge of your seat.

If you love romantic suspense, this audiobook is a must-listen!

Enjoyable

I was glad to see Wilson get his happily ever after, but sad to see the series end. Ms. Edwards did a fabulous job wrapping up the series. If you haven’t read them all you need to. In the audio, Jason Clarke and Stella Bloom bring the story alive.

another wonderfully written story with wonderful narration. Mr Clarke and Ms Bloom bring Wilson and Atlee to life, They read so well together that you feel like you are there in the story.

Must Read

The final chapter in the Takeback series....or is it??? I loved Wilson and Atlee's story. The need for a one night, no questions asked, no hesitation, knock your socks off one night stand turned the tables when they saw each other again. Wilson knew once he was with Atlee he was never giving her up and would do anything to protect her. Atlee always did what she wanted but he family life wasn't the best. Her job was fun at times but there were things happening behind closed doors she had no idea about until Wilson job entered her life.

Wilson had a mission to complete and keeping Atlee safe was number one. I loved the push and pull between these two. The sneakiness, the commitment and the drama that only the Takeback crew can handle. Wilson's grief pushes him to be the alpha he is but Atlee wants to break through the barrier he's created. Can they get through the drama at their door? Can Atlee stay safe while helping Wilson keep his mission on track. This story gives you everything you need to make your heart beat into overdrive!!

Riley wrote another terrific story for the final

Wow. I knew Wilson's past was painful, and he deserved a second chance at love. Atlee was the perfect woman for him, it just wasn't gonna be a easy road to get him there. Riley wrote another terrific story for the final installment in the Takeback series. I loved it all! Action, danger, evil people to takedown, and major suspense as two people work their way to forever. And that epilougue. Perfect! Awesome narration to bring it all to life from the pages.
