Helped me improve by starting small!

The importance of small daily habits.

One of my favorite books us The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson who went from a college dropout moving to Florida to being worth 20 million was the daily small habits he incorporated in his life. Similarly this audio book talked about how it's never too late to change your habits and gave recommendations in several areas of life to start now.
