such a fun book!!

this book was so fun to listen to!!! narration was great also!! loved the character of Ginny! I especially loved her character, though Jack was also really great!!

There is a mistake with audible version

Was flustered when the audible abruptly ended. Realized there was a problem with the audible version. Purchased the book to find out what happened. Super cute read.

the growth of their relationship

I adored this story. written so beautifully. no need for anything inappropriate. thank you for a love story that leaves things to our imaginations.

Amendment to Ending Missing.

I apologize for my prior review—the fault lies with Audible not the author. There are some 28 chapters not just the 18 on Audible. The balance of the book is excellent and deserves 5 stars. Audible deserves only 1 star for presenting only 2/3 of the book.

A truly lovely storyteller, and a wonderful narrator: a delectable combination!

This is the first novel I’ve read or listened to from Joanna Barker, and I was deeply struck with how wonderful a storyteller she is: gifted and beguiling. Discovering a wonderful writer is such a joy - and I experienced that pleasure with Ms. Barker’s work. It was deeply gratifying to discover her writing, and to listen to it performed. Elizabeth Knowelden was perfect as her narrator: she so charmingly brought this story into performance. Both Ms. Barker and Ms. Knowelden were wonderful in the humorous moments in the novel, too: so very endearing! I now want to read all of Ms. Barker’s works, and hope that Ms. Knowelden has collaborated with her on additional novels as well. Kudos to them both! Wonderfully done!!

Great chemistry with the main characters

I enjoyed this book. It isn't overly deep and I totally figured out the mystery rather early in the book, but there were still some details that flushed out in a very satisfying way. The humor was well placed and the chemistry was almost tangible between the main characters while still keeping it PG.
