Insightful

Strong language for a topic we all dread ever being being on either side of, but they do their best to empathetically explain it from both sides (and they're pretty on point). At the end of the day, every relationship is different and the authors do not recommend lazily copying & pasting their method, but to adapt what they went through to your own journey through pain and hopefully rebirth. TL;DR: Short, helpful, & colorful.
