Helps me step up my cooking game!
This book is so helpful for finding new recipes to help step up my cooking game! I didn’t know a lot about a lot of the different herbs and spices included in the book, so this was great! I decided to purchase the audiobook version because it’s so helpful to have a recipe read to you during cooking! I also love being able to listen through and take note of which recipes to try while I’m completing other household tasks. If you’re looking to step up your cooking game by using more herbs and spices, definitely give this book a listen!

Great Kitchen Aid
This book, like most of Susan Hollister's books, is a wonderful resource of knowledge and advice. There is a ton of fascinating information in here, and it's great for any amateur cook. If it can help me create delicious meals for my family, it can help anyone. I've never been great at knowing what spices to use our how much. Everything was always too bland or too strong. It's helpful to have a resource like this to help me and the information helps me to know what I'm doing in the kitchen better. I would definitely recommend this gem to those wanting to expand their culinary experience.

Love the recipes
This audio book has really great recipes using various herbs and spices. I normally go through and pick out the recipe I plan on making and put it on play and follow the recipes step by step.
