Journey Through Science, Spirituality & History!

I love the way Pastor Mark weaves historical relevance, scientific data and biblical principles into this extremely practical and motivational text. IMHO It's a greatest hits of his many books. I have bought at least 10 copies for family and friends and find myself turning on the audio version when I need a boost any day to buckle down and get to getting on about the habits I'm wanting to make or break in life.

Life changing

I will be reading and listening to this one over and over. This is encouraging wisdom broken down into 30 days of deep reflection. I will be rising and shining rain or shine so I can do it for a day. Thank you Mark !

This book is life changing

This book has taught me, reminded me, and inspired me to stay focused, be inspired, and be creatively empowered to run with endurance towards the best version of myself God intends for me! I bought the paper back too so I can make notes and highlight my favorite parts to read over whenever I am needing some extra encouragement!

Truly life changing!

Incredibly encouraging when it comes to making good habits and breaking bad ones. Definitely a recommended read if you are looking for lasting change.

This book does not give good action steps to take. Has a bunch of scripture reference but not actionable steps.
