So so so good! Ups, downs, and a heart shattering cliffhanger! Cannot wait till book four!

Just keeps getting better and better

Wow…. So much happened in this book and of course the end was a cliffhanger. I’m dreading how long until the next book will be available on Audible, I hate waiting.

If you enjoyed the first two books you’ll LOVE this book.

Perfect in every way!

This story is epically perfect! An addictive mix of political intrigue, action, and romance. The narrators brought a realness to the story that made it thrilling and heartbreaking! Absolutely wonderful!

Another outstanding performance to one of my favorite books. The narrators are fantastic and build the emotion of the story perfectly. This book will wreck you in all the best and worst ways.

All the feels...

This was so satisfying... as much as a unfinished story can be...




🚨SPOILER ALERT 🚨
The story continues right where it leaves off... we learn a little more about D.. she learns that her powers are far more then what she expected.. (saw that coming) and we see the crowns👸🏼 change hands.. we see the epic love that is the Queen and her prince get challenged and tested in all the ways.. and we learn who and what D's father is🤯

the things that pissed me off:
1. D is so irritating in the way she let's everyone have 2and and 3rd chances.. kill them already!

2. Luther's brief POV by the male narrator was way too brief.. I better get more in the next book or no 5 stars for you.

3. This cliffhanger business is getting old! I need the next book like yesterday...

PS... the ending 💔... bitter sweet

Incredible! Perfection!

This series is INCREDIBLE! I love every second of it. The narrator is perfect and the characters and plot are a work of art. The story is suspenseful, puzzling, romantic and full of action!

FMC is an absolute moron

I love everything except Diem, who could not be any dumber. She’s so horrified to take the lives of her enemies that she risks and sacrifices her supposed loved ones and lets her enemies continue slaughtering innocents. Hey Diem: I hope you feel good about yourself, since you’ve made everyone you say you care about suffer or die or both. 🙄

On top of that, she acts like a 2-year old, trusting everyone whom she knows wants her dead. A blood bond with my enemy where I agree to murder (recall her stance on murder) my father or lose my magic? Why not! Let’s do it! I could go on and on, but I already suffered through it all once, which is plenty. She doesn’t deserve Luther, and he DEFINITELY deserves someone far better, kinder, and SMARTER than her. Why do authors feel the need to make their supposedly bada** heroines so incredibly dense? Here’s a hint: stupid people aren’t bada**es. Period.

Leaves me wanting more

The only downfall is I immediately want the next book, what an excellent story and unique world.

What a rollercoaster! It can be so rare for a series to just get better with each book, but this is one of those instances to be sure!

One of the best series I have ever read!!!

Superbly brilliant, lovable characters, a continual journey of give me more!!! A treasured series that you will want to read again and again.
