Solid Romance Story
The characters were welll-developed. The good characters had distinct, imperfect personalities of their own and the bad guy was scarily bad. The story was a good ride even though it requires suspending reality in some parts. I was pulled in and taken on a journey that evoked strong feelings all along the feelings spectrum.
The story involves the relationship development of more couples than just the main characters. It includes a couple who have been married 10 years and an engaged couple. I thought it was very well done.
I like Heather Wilds's narration well enough. It would be soooo much improved with better voice differentiation among characters, especially male characters. There were many times when I couldn't tell who said what in a conversation.
I still liked it enough to want to listen again. I think it's a very good addition to any historical romance library.

The feeling of love warmth and family.
This series has taken me on an adventure. I loved the family aspect, the love and commitment..the drama of it all.Thanks.
