Story
Flint Moran was fourteen years old when the Civil War ended. He was fifteen when his family bought a plot of land near Tinhorn, Texas. He was barely nineteen when he caught a pair of rustlers stealing cattle—and singlehandedly brought them to justice. How did a teenaged boy track down and capture two hardcase thieves without any help? That's what Tinhorn sheriff Buck Jackson wants to know. He can't help but be impressed by Flint's sharp eye and natural talent with a Henry rifle. So he offers to deputize the boy—tin badge, Colt Frontier Six-Shooter, and all—and Flint happily accepts.

Story
The first in a series of novellas featuring Jeff Boon, a Confederate Civil War veteran who returns home after the war to find home is not the way he remembered it. Union raiders struck his home town, burning buildings and killing residents, including his mother. And he finds the survivors are not as he remembered them. War can change people, and he finds it has changed him, too. A stirring novella of the aftermath of war, and the affect it can have on the people who fight the battles, and the people left behind.

Story
Residents and news media still recall a gun-blazing tale of the land-grabbing battles fought by Maddox's and Drew's ancestors. Meanwhile, their present-day descendants face a new kind of war that's every bit as bloody. Sheriff Drew's girlfriend/deputy is shot and seriously wounded in what appears to be a routine traffic stop. When Ashton Maddox's rival rancher's foreman is found murdered and a modern-day vigilante group hires a hard-drinking, publicity-hungry retired Texas Ranger to investigate, Drew and Maddox decide to do what their forefathers did so many years ago: join forces.

Publisher's summary
This third and final book settles every score and answers every question as Lobo confronts his past and faces his future.
After seeking vengeance in Slagville, Lobo visits a beautiful valley and reunites with his long-lost family. Lobo's relatives welcome him with open arms, and he vows to help them with a big problem. But things turn deadly when Lobo discovers not everyone is happy that he survived.
Meanwhile, Hannah works hard to expand the ranch while fending off powerful cattleman Brock Boone, who is determined to possess her at any cost.
When Lobo finally returns, he's in for a very happy reunion—and the fight of his life.
Lobo 3 is a classic Western with a touch of romance. It's perfect for fans of C.J. Petit and R.O. Lane.

Lobo (Book Three)
This is continuing from book two. These books needs to listened to in order. This is definitely a five star book and series. I enjoyed this book as much as the first two. Lobo is rough and tough but also has a heart. In this book he goes after Jackson. The guy that wronged him as a child. Then he ends up finding his family . Also bounty hunters is after him. Than a big fight at the end. This is a good storyline and all three books goes together. A. T. Chandler does an excellent job narrating this book and series.
