Helpful and i fell asleep
I plan to listen to it over the next 21 days in hopes that i find my purpose. Reinventing myself has been a struggle as I have done all of my pet project careers and need a final project with a different purpose. I am hoping this helps me to connect to that next one.

sound balance is horrible
turn down your bass balance all the way then you can make out what he is saying. I love listening to except at about minute 19 the sound gets super loud so there's a few really poor recording errors you just have to deal with ☺️

keep device volume low
just the volume change in the voice, but if kept on low from the start, the sudden change wasn't jarring when the voice volume suddenly increased 35 mins into the meditation.

I can feel the lift in my reality
This became one of the base exercises in changing the way that I fit in the world. This book has helped me to believe that I control more about my reality than I realized. If pushing the boundaries of how much success you thought you deserved is your desire, then you need this book, NOW!

love the guidance
I often struggled with meditation this really help guide me through meditating and getting in the habit of what to think. I believe this is a great audio for people just starting with meditation.

Nice and relaxing, and then.....
I skip the intro about what hypnosis is and just go to the following chapter where it starts. That way I don't jarred by the sudden increase in volume. That's all good. The info is great. . It's very relaxing and I like what I hear. I listen when I go to bed at night and fall asleep sometime during the program. Then all of a sudden, the gal at the end shouts, "This has been an audible production...." and I'm awake again.
