Publisher's summary

Oops, I did it again….

Leave it to me, Lexi Carmichael, to become a target for an elite organization of cybercriminals simply by being in the wrong place at the right time. As if I weren't already freaking out about planning my best friend's bachelorette party, I now have to keep my eyes peeled for people trying to kill me.

After accidentally intercepting a dangerous hack into the NSA and discovering the involvement of a foreign country in said hack, things begin to get seriously complicated. Diplomats, danger, and spies, oh my!

With Slash and my loyal friends by my side, I'm in a race against time to stop a team of sophisticated hackers on a deadly mission. My team of geeks is brilliant...but derailing an international plot for revenge will take everything we've got.

An even wilder rollercoaster of a story, with the trademark light-hearted humour and evolution in relationships

There is actually so much that I could say about this one. It is more of a rollercoaster than the previous book which was a formidable rollercoaster ride. Yet I love that these are still tampered with unique light-hearted moments and further development of the relationships. I love that the evolving relationships are so prized amidst all of this. Makes me want to listen again and again and reflect.

good story but

good story after you get past all the self doubt and second guessing at the start of the book. it seem like every other sentence was something required deep soul searching and conquering a fear. its book eight by now she should not be asking stupid question about security measures. Your top boss was killed, his second in command was killed, Slash in now in charge. Why do we need FBI security detail....

I want to be M

Another exciting chapter in the life of Lexie Carmichael & her super sexy, Jack of all trades, cyber intelligence spy & boyfriend, Slash. From start to finish, this fast moving adventure puts Lexie, Slash & the twins up against a familiar foe. Adding to this, Lexi finds herself in charge of arranging for the bachelorette party for best friend, Basia. Some laugh out loud moments are provided along with the serious & suspense filled drama of trying to stop a cyber security disaster.

Another wild ride for Lexi and co.

wrong place. Wrong time. Puts Lexi in a bind. Uncovering a dangerous mole and plot against the US brings Lexi and all of her friends in to have to save the United States. Learning to work together, deciding light from dark ,all while trying to plan a bachelorette party. Not sure which was more painful for Lexi the life-threatening situations or the party planning. Always something new around the corner, another realm for Lexie to grow. Cannot wait to see where she goes next

Another Great Read and Book 8

Love Lexi! I love these books. Lexi is such a geek and she must plan Basia's bachelorette party. What a hoot. But. Elvis has two plan the bachelor party for his brother and he's more of a geek than Lexi. This is another adventure with Lexi, Slash and the FBI, the NSA, the CIA, The Zimmerman Twins and an assortment of assassins and black hat coders. Just the kind of story you'd expect. The adventure with Slash is great, finally they are acting like a couple, even if it is over coding. The parties are funny. Who would eat lasagna with such enthusiasm? You'll love this book #8 but read the first seven to get the real impact. Kristin Watson Heinz is terrific narrator.

No Strings Attcahed

This was a really good addition to the series. There was a lot of espionage type scenarios and intrigue. Slash and Lexi are discovering pieces about themselves. I love how close ever one is in this book, and the relationships. A brother for a brother, it pretty much comes down to that or a dangerous cyber stalemate.
Highly recommend the book.

Love!

This book is amazing. I love the series and this one has soooo much character development and hints about the future for them. Also just such great adventure. This book has smarts and mystery and quirks. How it all comes from one mind is a true blessing.
Julie Moffett is brilliant and I can’t wait to read the next in series.
