Surprisingly Good

I didn’t care much for the virtual voice in the intro, but it sounded much more life like and pleasant during the actual book. I only noticed once where “she” didn’t seem to pause appropriately.

As far as the material itself, there’s no new information to me since I’ve listened to , read and researched just about all that is currently available on this subject. However, I wasn’t looking for or expecting new material. I simply wanted to refresh my mind in a new way in hopes my brain would absorb these concepts more fully.

I’m pleased to say she accomplished that. Even though it’s available to listen to for free through audible I intend to purchase a copy in support of her work.

I really like that it’s short enough that I can listen for less time more frequently and reaffirm the various methods to achieve this goal.
