I think this book is just telling you what you want to hear.

At first I thought this seemed like a pretty good book with some pretty good information. However as I continued along some of the things started to sound off and I started to question it. Then when I got to it saying how having sex 2 to 3 times a week was the equivalent of running a marathon as far as burning calories then I knew the book is just trying to tell you what you want to hear. It also had some kind of statement along the lines of turning fat into muscle, Something my friend as a teenager would have said, And an extremely uninformed thing to say.
