Secrets... twisted into deadly deeds
Received audiobook from the narrator Tom Jordan, this is an honest review. The Inner Shadow is a truly harrowing paranormal story as deep personal secrets turn innocent residents in Cleveland into dangerous monsters that Detective Noah Wright struggles to understand that these people are being taken over by a dark thing bent on bringing chaos to wherever it goes. And the brave souls that are tough enough to challenge the hellish entity have their hands full with his disturbance.
Highly recommended.

Great Narration & Concept
Tom did an awesome job as always with the narration. The story is interesting and actually somewhat different from what I’ve read in the past. Why 3 stars then? The writing style just wasn’t there for me. Almost every sentence ends with “he said” or “she said” or to change it up every now and the. “He asked”. If it was a drinking game you’d be dead by the half way point. Very distracting. Better ways to do dialogue. If you can tune that out, the story isn’t bad. I just couldn’t
