Very interesting story!
This book was wonderful, great characters, loved the narrator, excellent story from start to finish.

Just enough intrigue
Turns out, this is a well-done story about the dynamics of human relationships. Psychological suspense, definitely, with some, frankly, odd twists, and an unexpected ending. The narrator is one of the best I have heard!

Grieving or guilty? Indeed!
I just finished “The Widow” by Valerie Keogh, narrated by Rose Robinson, on Audible Plus. I was thoroughly impressed. The writing and narration were brilliant, keeping me engaged and eager for more. This was my first experience with both the author and narrator, and I was delighted to discover this talented duo. The plot was expertly crafted, revealing the truth about Peter's life and death, while Allison's dark past threatened to surface. With its subplots {{{there are many}}}, unexpected twists and turns, this devious audiobook had me hooked from start to finish with just the right serving of the creep factor mixed in. I'm now looking forward to exploring more of Keogh's works, and I hope to find Robinson narrating them as well. Highly recommended and one of my absolute favorites in my vast Audible library (after almost nine years as a member, I’ve accumulated quite a collection, mostly British).

Everything I wanted in a cosy twisty domestic psychological thriller
