You are creating your own reality through your thoughts. If you only have fear and doubt, then you will attract only negativity. Same thing is true for positive thoughts. Perfect for my mornings
I expected to simply hear some affirmations when I decided to give this piece a listen. But I was pleasantly surprised by the explanation and instructions regarding the usage and application of affirmations and visualization that precede the ones included here.
These affirmations are in alignment with those I already use in my daily rituals. I've incorporated this recording into my morning routine outside, on my deck, with coffee, year round as I get my Sunshine, watch the birds and prepare for my day.
The content far outweighs any irregularities in grammar and pronunciation. Glad I found it.

As others have stated, Ted's narration may be somewhat distracting for some listeners. But, what's more important? The message or the messenger?

The message is great !
Unfortunately my ears didn’t enjoy Ted’s voice NO OFFENCE TO TED! I normally have to adjust to the narrators voice in the beginning to see if I can understand and enjoy the message.

Tired voice for such an energizing topic
Orators must be chosen based on their energy in relation to the content. We appreciate the content, but it's not as pallatable when a dead orator.
