The Dame and the Showgirl
Simon, I am so proud of you. This play is perfectly cast, beautifully written and makes the point, that we have much more in common than what divides us. How pertinent during these turbulent times.
I loved the inclusion of Alessandro, from the boutique hotel, a few steps from Berry Brothers and Rudd. After all, we drank more than a few perfectly made martinis there.
The acting is superb. Emma Thompson, came incognito, for a tour of Villa Aurora. She could see that I recognized her, upon which she stated, “I just have one of those English faces, that people think they recognize.” I smiled.
Who could have imagined the valedictorian of our Harvard Business School class would finally proceed in the direction of his dreams!
