By day, Michael spends his time drafting contracts and informing his clients about their legal obligations. By night, he is secretly writing tales about gods, heroes, and other mythological creatures. His passion for Greek mythology came to him at the age of six when his parents gave him a book about the labours of the most popular Greek hero of all, Heracles. The colourful illustrations enclosed in the book set his imagination on fire and he knew from there that this was where his passion lay. From that day on, he spent nearly three decades studying history and mythology in his spare time. Echetlaeus and the Harpe of Kronos is his first work of Greek mythological fiction.
