Your gut is the foundation of everything in your body: it aids in digestion, absorbs nutrition, influences your emotions, and has direct control over your mental health. But poor nutrition, stress, and long-term use of antibiotics and antacids can throw it completely off-balance, leading to a number of health issues. Brain fog, headaches, poor concentration and memory, fatigue, trouble sleeping, and issues with cravings or bad moods are all your body’s way of warning you of your poor gut health.

In today’s world, if you go against convention, you can almost guarantee health and longevity. It is the opposite of how it should be. Doctors are supposed to help us get better and not make us drug-addicted health disasters. Health starts with trusting the body to do its job of healing and repairing. You must let go of your regular diet to let the body rest and get better.

Millions of people are suffering from chronic illnesses that, unbeknownst to them, are the result of exposure to environmental toxins and infectious agents such as mold and Borrelia, which causes Lyme disease. Millions. Because the symptoms of these illnesses are so varied and unusual, many of these individuals have sought medical care only to be dismissed, as if what they are experiencing is “in their head”. Many (if not most) have tried to tough it out and continue to function without hope of improvement. Unfortunately, their illnesses are very real.

Norton, MPH, discovered that the culprits were the chemical toxins called oxalates lurking within her “healthy,” organic plant-heavy diet.

Publisher's summary
Histamine is a molecule that has a key role in your immune system, digestion, nervous system, and more. But what happens if your body cannot clear histamines and they build up? This phenomenon is known as "histamine intolerance".
We have seen a substantial increase in cases of histamine intolerance over the past decade. More and more people are reporting they have histamine intolerance, and this is no random coincidence. This recent uptick is because modern life is inherently stressful and damaging to health in so many ways. As a whole, our society is completely unaware of how we are making ourselves sick. Only now that we are becoming sick are we beginning to pay attention and ask questions.
Histamine intolerance is a confusing and frustrating condition. But as you will learn in this audiobook, there are indeed explanations for any and all of the symptoms caused by histamine intolerance.
In this book you will learn:
- A breakdown of the causes of histamine intolerance and related illnesses (MCAS, MCAD)
- Thorough and concise explanation of the key physiology involved
- Specific foods to promote and avoid in your diet
- Lifestyle exercises to decrease stress and empty your "histamine bucket"
- And more!
If you are ready to reverse histamine intolerance and get your life back, scroll up and click "Buy Now".

Very Interesting Read
It’s obvious that the author has exceptional knowledge of the topic and he breaks it down into simple concepts that are easy to understand. What I really learned is that I didn’t know nearly as much as I thought about histamine and it’s affects on the body. Thank you for the insight!
