Publisher's summary
A baker who sees the dead. One too many suitors. And a killer. Living in Honey Hollow can be murder.
Three books! Bloodbaths and Banana Cake (Murder in the Mix 7) New York Cheesecake Chaos (Murder in the Mix 8) Lethal Lemon Bars (Murder in the Mix 9) *A laugh out loud standalone cozy mystery by New York Times Bestseller Addison Moore* All books in the series can be read individually but are best enjoyed in order. My name is Lottie Lemon and I see dead people. Okay, so I rarely see dead people, mostly I see furry creatures of the dearly departed variety, who have come back from the other side to warn me of their previous owners impending doom. It turns out, everything I thought I knew about my relationship with the man of my dreams was a lie, so when I’m asked to cater sweet treats to a party honoring a very important judge, of course, I dive right in to get my mind off of things. But when I set up the dessert buffet and spot the ghost of a girl I was accused of killing just last month, I realize this night isn’t going to go off without a homicide in its giddy-up. Try as I might to stop it, another murder strikes our community, and not only am I determined to solve this crime, but I’m determined to heal my broken heart, too. In both cases, it seems I’ve bitten off far more cookie than I can chew. Lottie Lemon has a brand new bakery to tend to, a budding romance with perhaps one too many suitors, and she has the supernatural ability to see the dead—which are always harbingers for ominous things to come. Throw in the occasional ghost of the human variety, a string of murders, and her insatiable thirst for justice, and you’ll have more chaos than you know what to do with. Living in the small town of Honey Hollow can be murder.More from the same

Story
In The Worst of You, just-wed architects Timo and Nia flee a murder scene, setting in motion a chain reaction of lies and betrayals that threaten to unravel everything they have built together. Twisted and propulsive, this thriller is told from the alternating perspectives of the couple and those close to them on Williwaw Island, each with their own motive to use the outcome of the murder case to their advantage. When a huge storm sweeps up the coast, trapping everyone on tiny Williwaw Island, it’s a race against time—and the elements — to stop the murderer from striking again.

It’s 1984, and life has changed beyond recognition. Airstrip One, formerly known as Great Britain, is a place where Big Brother is always watching, and nobody can hide. Story
It was 1970 in a defeated Rhode Island fishing town. Vietnam and Nixon dominated the national news. Both the near and distant future looked bleak. But they were five inseparable high school friends with something incredible in common: an unwavering resolve to look after each other no matter what hell life threw at them. And they were on a mission. The plan was simple: Go off the grid before they turned 18 to avoid the draft. They’d sell some grass, stack some cash, then head west and start a commune. What could possibly go wrong?

My name is Lottie Lemon and I see dead people. Okay, so I rarely see dead people - mostly I see furry creatures of the dearly departed variety. And for some reason, those sweet, fluffy, albeit paranormal cuties always seem to act as a not-so-great harbinger of deadly things to come for their previous owner. So when I saw that sweet orange tabby twirling around my landlord’s ankles, I figured Merilee was in for trouble. Personally, I was hoping for a skinned knee - what I got was a top spot in an open homicide investigation.

Portland is famous for its rain, hipsters, craft beers...and coffee. Sage Caplin has high hopes for her coffee cart, Ground Rules, which she runs with her business partner, Harley - a genius at roasting beans and devising new blends. That's essential in a city where locals have intensely strong opinions about cappuccino versus macchiato - especially in the case of one of Sage's very first customers. Sage finds the man's body in front of her cart, a fatal slash across his neck.

Loving the series, but I can’t stand that Lottie is with Everett and not Noah. I and hoping that she will get back with Noah or at least have her having both of the guys the love between them is so intense.
The laughs that the sisters share between them are super and then the parts you want to cry about.
If the murders in town don’t stop there won’t be anyone left. On to the next book.
