Excellent story and narration!

I loved everything about this story! It was so well written, and so well narrated, that I had a hard time taking a break from it. I will be looking for more of Robyn’s books.

A sweet story-one of my favorites, to date!

Of course…Robyn Carr does it again. A great story: new characters that I completely fell in love with…and a wonderfully sweet story of connection, family, friends and purpose. I really enjoyed this listen and ALWAYS look forward to ANY book by Carr. But the REAL star of the whole show is the narrator—Therese Plummer! This gal is a powerhouse with a sorcery-level of alluring voice narration. This is probably the BEST performance of hers I have listened to. She brings each character to life, adding unique quirks and inflections that make you “feel” like you really KNOW the person. Therese—you are a gift to audiobook listeners and my #1 Favorite voice actor!!! Thank you!

such an easy listening book, helps me get my projects done around the house

The best part of this book is Therese Plummer!

I have almost all of Robyn Carr's audio books. She is one of my favorites, but this book is not one of my favorites. I found it very slow and was almost glad when it was over.

Loved it, talks about narcissism. Abuse and the chance for real love. Waiting on more. Looking for more Robyn’s books

Fun Easy Listen

Love to listen to Teresa Plumber read books. She has an awesome, pleasant, welcoming voice. Robyn Carr is a favorite author that puts you right in the middle of a story.

Nice listen

Nice story but nothing stands out as really memorable. Good characters but didn’t focus on friendship as much as I expected.

Okay book - not a very engaging storyline.

I typically don’t mind more mature main characters but this one just isn’t doing it for me. The plot is boring at times and went way too in depth of Mark’s project. Maybe it’s a better read for those 50+ but I found myself just wanting it to be over.
