After about four months upped the dose to 50,000 IU a day or 150X the old recommended “safe” dose I then boosted it to 100,000 IU a day or 300 x times the old maximum safe dose! What happened over these last 10 months? Did I die? get sick? No! Just the opposite! High dose Vitamin D3 therapy over the last year-cured all my chronic conditions-some that i'd had for 20+ years!

Good information
I would highly recommend this book to anyone because even if you choose not believe or do everything in it. There is no harm in trying it, and everything to gain. I have experienced some of the benefits described in this book. The only problem is the narrating could have used some QA. Some of the words are repeatedly mispronounced and in some cases the words were partial.

MY BONE & HEART SAVER BOOK!
First I want to thank Jeff T. Bowles for writing this book he has given me the chance to live a long and healthy life that was I was just beginning to lose. I completely trust this man I think he is a genius, obviously not many people could have done what he's done in my opinion.
I believe everything in this book to be true facts and I'm already following the five suggested supplement dosages. I just noticed today I'm feeling better, could it be happening already?

hard to listen and understand
I really struggled to listen and comprehend through the accent. I had to rewind constantly. Good content though. I personally struggled with the reader for my ears.

Helpful and Fascinating Health Information
I listened in segments as had time. So much information was given that I need a print copy. A pdf was mentioned, but I couldn't access it. High doses of D3 and other supplements are suggested, but I need guidelines. I am currently taking 5000 iu a day to ward of covid. I am going to check out the author's website. Very timely information.

Great information won't find anywhere else..
Cancer treatments don't work and make some a little money. Really surprised by this simple answer for this and so many other ailments. We all know someone who could desperately use this book. Very well written.

There is hope!!
Diabetes, Allergies, Autism, ADHD, and Depression all living under our roof. A blood test just confirmed that I, the one with diabetes, am D3 deficient. One son has autism and allergies. Another son has autism and ADHD. Lastly, husband struggles with depression. Just knowing Vitamin D3 may be the miracle we need is a miracle all in itself. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge about vitamin D deficiency.
