Amazing

I have been vegan for 2 years, reading many titles and information on this way of life. This book is by far the best, educating, explaining and offering wisdom and support at the same time. A must read for everyone wanting to understand how plants are the answer to a healthier life and a better planet.

Also, Read the China Study

T. Collin Campbell’s book, The China Study, gives you insight to understand how the Whole Food Plant Based diet works. Dr. Campbell is a biochemist that was at the foundation of understanding the plant-based diet.

Excellent source of plant-based lifestyle education

Everyone Should Read This

No matter what your current diet is, this book does a good job of laying out the pros and cons of animal and plant-based diets backed by rigorous scientific research. Simon is a great narrator and author with a vast amount of knowledge to convey.

Eye opener

Fantastic book! A deep dive yet still easy to understand. My dad had A-Fib in his late 50s and died of Alzheimers 15 years later which lit a fire under me to seek out experts like you to change the course of my family’s life. Thank you Simon! - Doug from Minnesota
