This book is certainly well-organized and presented . All the recipes are very easy to follow and they are all super yummilicous. I personally am not doing the keto diet but you can easily add a side of rice, bread, potatoes and etc to make a complete non-keto meal.

Great book for getting started on a Keto lifestyle.This is a very useful book. Inside this book you will find many keto recipes. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I highly recommend this book if you want to learn about the Keto Meal Prep and you want some quick easy recipes as well. Lovely!

A great addition to our kitchen
I've already made 3 recipes and each were delicious. My husband and neighbors enjoyed many of this book recipes.

Absolutely delicious!
I really like this cookbook. I also like how the recipes use things that can be found in every supermarket, based on sizes that things typically come in. They are absolutely delicious! I am especially impressed with the meat I have cooked in it. Lovely!
