Love love loved this listen!!
This is SUCH a cool book! There are stories, meditations, AND affirmations all packed into one great listen. I dont know anyone who doesnt struggle to fall asleep at some point or another. I also dont know of anyone who can't use a good story, meditation, or affirmation to help overcome that challenge. What a great resource to include ALL THREE in one! Love the soothing narrators voice and the cadence/speed is nice too.

Up for a story treat for adults
Imagine there is a little child living inside of you who only enjoys "clean" stories and loves letting his/her imagination go wild. I think this book is designed to reignite the spark of joy your inner self has hidden away due to societal norms. I personally love reading stories to my kids and found this book brings a unique value for adults like myself who don't have much time in their daily schedule and yet want to keep the creative side of themselves alive. I appreciate the short stories, and the second half of the audible book provides soothing music for listeners to enjoy.

What a fantastic audiobook! I put this on at night as I prepare to bed. Historically I have a terrible time falling, and staying, asleep.
