The break down and explanation of vitamin in the meat we eat vs plant based foods.

I enjoyed most parts of the boat! Breakdown of the food leads that we eat. Also, the breakdown of the menus in the PDF that accompanied the book the storyline telling parts of her journey.

I also enjoyed the fact that the explanation of toxicity vitamin of certain needs not to eat or a certain needs to eat limited, depending on your body.

excellent as you might have expected.

The information in this book is second to none. if you're familiar with the author, a lot of this information is available within her YouTube videos. but this book really puts it together. One wish that I had, was that it was read by the author. while the narrator did a great job, at times I felt like I was listening to a novel rather than a science/ medical information resource. but I think that's fine considering the trade-off. I recommend this to absolutely everybody regardless of your eating lifestyle. You can't go wrong by listening.

Simplicity and understanding of a carnivore diet

I love how this book makes the carnivore diet simple to understand and implement. The science is there but not too sciency for regular people to grasp. Maybe it will help some people who just haven’t been ready to see the damage done by plants after being told for so long by the government and food industry that they are healthy.

Outstanding

Love the author and her authenticity. She seeks to learn, grow, and share her knowledge with all who are looking for healing. I've personally learned so much from her books, podcasts, and private groups and with that am getting the health I deserve.

Straight to the point

I’ve been ketovore/carnivore for years now and this has the most useful information for anyone new to a meat based diet. This book is like the cliff note version of Carnivore Cure.

Boring. Same as her other Carnivore Book.

Same as her other Carnivore book, and a rehash of ideas. Nothing new. Sounds like she ripped off ideas from other more notable authors and experts. Wast of time and money.
