Nice first contact with meditation

It's very short. There is nothing new if you know about meditation already. However it's a good first contact with meditation.

Easy Mediation

I'm new to mediation and I found this audio book to be be very helpful. I was able to actually focus and relax during this mediation. Sheet a period of silence I was startled by the speakers voice as he closed out the bedroom on

Awesome short effective daily tranquil mindfulness

A concise intro, and a short meditation program in the series [haven't seen the other ones yet, but the title in the picture suggests so!] but definitely worth trying for busy professionals who don’t have the time or the opportunity to practice the complete meditation in the morning. Practice this in under 10 mins and off you go! And it is effective! If you are short on time, try it for a week! Then see the difference.

Great, short intro to meditating

A brief, but good bite-sized meditation practice. Great for beginners. Also, the narrator has an excellent voice for Meditation.

Read, chill, listen and sleep

This is a well thought out book/app on how to meditate. I love all the different choices for the Amazon Prime videos. I have utilized them many times and I'm grateful for the variety . Read and chill and listen
