Millions of people–looking to cheat on their partners–signed up for Ashley Madison in the early 2000s, seeking a private space to share their public desires. The promise of discretion was shattered in the summer of 2015, when anonymous hackers stole the company’s cache of user information and published it worldwide. The result? One of the most shocking data breaches of the internet age. Overnight, millions of unfaithful spouses had their real names, addresses and sexual preferences published online in a searchable database that anyone could browse.

Helps Get Me Out of My Head
I wake up many mornings automatically feeling down and dreading the day. This helps me get out of my head and feel better. It helps me get going and not overthink everything.

This worked for me!
I felt overstimulated and needed to decompress. Listening to this transitioned me into a focused state of mind faster than my standard method.

Cool way to start the day.
I don't really know exactly how this works, but I used it in the morning and my brain felt pretty good throughout and after the experience.

Use With Dr. Joe Dispenza Breathwork
This audio enhanced breath work and intentions I am experimenting with Dr Joe Dispenza’s supernatural breathing. In conjunction with the breath work Time flew focus was better. I easily extended meditation time to sit through 4x versus fidgeting through a 20 minute sitting.

helped
I needed to start my homework for my data analytics course and I actually succeeded in concentrating enough to start, at least. It was a pleasant experience.

Soothing & refreshing
This helped ease my irritability from my 2 loud kids. I love their voices but sometimes a refresh is needed.
